Stock Report

  1. Click on the Reports tab at the top of the screen, then select Stock Report from the dropdown menu.

  2. Apply the relevant filters on the left-hand side:

  • Unit – Select the name of the home. If you have access to more than one service, you can select multiple units.

  • Unit Group – Choose the relevant floor or section within the home.

  • Service User – Select a specific individual to narrow the report. Leave this blank to include all service users.

  • Staff User – Filter by specific team members. Leave blank to include all users.

  • Staff User Role – Filter by role (e.g. carer, nurse, manager). Leave blank to include all roles.

  • Date Range (From / To) – Specify the period you want the report to cover. If left blank, the report will default to the current date.

  1. Under Actions, tick or untick the relevant activity types you want to include:

  • Check In – Displays when medications were checked in and by whom.

  • Med Actions – Shows all medication administrations recorded via the Camascope App.

  • Destroyed – Lists medications marked as destroyed.

  • Lost – Includes medications reported as lost.

  • Returned – Displays items that have been returned to the pharmacy.

  • Adjust – Shows when medication quantities have been manually adjusted.

  • Audit – Indicates when stock audits were carried out and by whom.

  • Med Action Undone – Highlights any administrations that were reversed or undone in the App.

At least one action type must be selected to generate the report.

  1. Once all filters and options are set, click Generate Report.

    • If required, click Generate PDF or Generate CSV to export the report in your preferred format.
