Setting up a witness pin in the app

Witnesses are required to use a Secondary PIN instead of their login credentials. This is designed to enhance security and can be set up via the App or the Portal.

Setting up a secondary witness Pin in the App:

• Within the App's MAR status screen, click on the three lines ☰ in the top left corner to open the menu selection

1. Select Setup/Reset PIN

• The Setup or Reset Secondary Pin box will appear

2. Enter your chosen witness PIN twice to confirm it

3. Once both entries match, click Setup to complete the process
