Scheduling a PRN Follow Up

PRN Follow-Ups are reminders to check on a service user after they’ve been administered a PRN (as-needed) medication. These follow-ups help ensure the medication was effective and that the service user’s condition is being properly monitored. Follow-ups must be configured in the Portal for each PRN item.

To set up a PRN follow-up:

  1. Click on the Medication tab at the top of the screen, then select Details from the dropdown menu.

  2. Select the relevant service user from the list, then choose the applicable PRN medication.
