PRN Report

The PRN Report provides a summary of all current PRN Protocols recorded in the system. Each field is populated with the information entered in the PRN Protocol tab for each medication.

1. Select PRN Report from the Reports dropdown menu.

2. Apply the relevant filters:

   • Unit Group – This refers to the specific floor or section within the home.

   • Service User – Select an individual if you wish to generate a report for one person only. Leave this blank to include all service users within the selected unit.

3. Click Generate Report.

   • To export the results, click Generate PDF or Generate CSV, depending on your preferred format.
