

Orders Report
Click on the Reports tab at the top of the screen, then select Orders Report from the dropdown menu.
Apply the relevant filters:
Ward – Select the appropriate ward or floor within the home. This helps narrow the report to specific areas if required.
Service User – Choose a specific individual to generate a personalised report.
If left blank, the report will include all service users.
Date Range (From / To) – Define the time period to search.
If no dates are selected, the report will default to the current date.
Choose the applicable cycle:
Previous – For past orders
Current – For the current medication cycle
Next – For upcoming orders
Tick or untick any relevant order conditions to customise the report further (e.g. only include items not yet checked in, or exclude cancelled orders).
Click Generate Report to view the results on screen.
To export, select Generate PDF or Generate CSV, depending on your preferred format.
