How to Remove the Low Stock Alert on the System?

The 'Low Stock Alert' can be removed if not needed.

• Log into the Care Home Portal and select the resident and the specific medicine.

• On the right hand side of the screen you will find an option labelled Details

• Click on Details to view more information about the selected medicine and scroll down the page, and there you will find the Low Stock Alert setting

• Remove the number from the low stock alert and click Save to apply the changes
