How to Find an Inactive User

In order to find an Inactive User on the system, follow the beneath steps:

1. In the Portal select 'Admin' at the top of the screen and then select 'Service Users' from the drop down menu

2. Press 'Filter By' to open the filter drop down menu

3. Tick 'Inactive' and untick all other options (as shown in image)
