Removing a Service User
It is not possible to completely remove a Service User from the system, as Camascope aligns with NHS data retention policies. However, if a Service User is no longer in the facility they can be marked as Inactive on the system. This will prevent them from appearing in scheduled MAR rounds, however, their data will still be available if you need to access it.
