How to Change Passwords
Any updates to your password will apply to both the Camascope App and Portal.
Step 1
Firstly, log in to the Camascope Portal. Once logged in, click on your initials in the top right-hand corner.
Then select Manage Account
Step 2
Enter your current username and password to confirm.
A menu page will open. There are 3 selections:
Change Password
Password Recovery Method
Authenticator App
Selecting ‘Change Password’ prompts for the current password before allowing the creation of a new one. Instructions will guide you through entering and confirming the new password.
Step 3
You can now change your password.
