

Adding an Inactive Service User Back to the System:
In certain circumstances an inactive Service User may need to be added back to the system. To do so, follow the steps below:
In the Portal, click on 'Admin' at the top of the screen and then select 'Service Users' from the drop down menu
Press on the 'Filter By' button
In the filter drop down menu, tick inactive and untick all other options
Select the relevant Service User
