How does a care home change pharmacy?
Pharmacy changes may be necessary for various reasons, including issues with ordering medication, communication challenges with the pharmacy, or user-initiated requests for a pharmacy change.
To effectively manage this process, please follow the following protocol
Contact Camascope requesting a pharmacy change ticket
Once we receive the completed form back from you, we will kindly ask that you refrain from initiating any new orders for medication until the pharmacy change process is complete
We will send a request to the new pharmacy to create the account and relevant wards with correct cycles dates
Once all is complete we will inform both the care home and the pharmacy
