How do I move a resident to a another unit?

If a service user (resident) has changed rooms to another unit (or ward), it is important to update this in the Portal.

1. Click on 'Admin' at the top of the screen and then select 'Service Users' from the drop down menu

2. Click on the relevant Service User

3. Click on the 'Unit Group' box and then select the updated unit group from the drop down menu

4. Finally, press 'Save'
