How to Enable QR Code Scanning:

  • To check and / or enable QR codes begin by logging into the Portal and selecting Medication from the menu bar at the top

  • Select the relevant service user and medication

  • Select the relevant medication and check if the QR Code Enabled box is ticked or not under the Details tab

  • Then tick the 'QR Code Enabled' box to enable QR codes, and likewise untick this box to disable QR codes for the selected medication
