How Do I Access Multiple Care Homes?

How to access multiple care homes:

• User with the required permission levels can add staff users to multiple homes

• To add a staff user to multiple homes please follow the below guide: 'Adding a Staff User to Multiple Locations'

• If you do not have the correct permission level, please ask your manager to do this for you

• If the above isn't possible, please send an email to Camascope requesting access for a particular home.

• This email should include the desired role for the user in the care home Portal
