How to review medication history:
Reviewing a medication history allows for a helpful overview of when the medication started / ended, the dosage instructions, change notes and who created / updated the medication.
In order to access Medication History follow the beneath steps:
In the Portal, press on 'Medication' at the top of the screen and then select 'History' from the drop down menu
Select the relevant Service User from the list
Select the relevant Medication from the list
