eMAR Dashboard Overview
The eMAR dashboard displays a real-time snapshot of the medication status within a home.
For groups, once logged in, the landing page is an Account Dashboard (see below image). This includes a list of all homes within the group. Simply select a home from the list to then view the eMAR dashboard for that home. Single homes will go straight to the eMAR dashboard upon logging in.

The eMAR dashboard is the Portal homepage and contains the following:

Service Users: displays the number of Active Service Users in the Service, and any marked as absent (eg. hospitalised or on leave)
Missed: medications that have been missed (not signed for) and classed as missing a signature
Delayed: medications administered, but later than their designated round times
Skipped: medications not administered with a reason (eg. refused)
PRN Admins: PRN medications that have been administered
Follow Ups: PRN follow ups that have been completed
Stock Alerts: highlights potential stock issues, such as negative stock, low stock and any medication which has been stopped but still has stock on the system. These will need to be reviewed and dealt with accordingly through the stock channel
Service User Status: displays the Service Users marked as absent or who are no longer in the home
Missed Actions: displays missed administrations (missing signature) and missed follow ups during the past 48 hours
Medication Alerts: flags potential medication clashes (when more than one medication for that resident has the same active ingredient). This also shows stopped and stopping medicines
Pending Check-In: indicates anyone who has medication sent from the connected pharmacy awaiting check-in
Medication compliance snap shot: a bar graph reflecting the past 28 days of medication, including Taken, Missed, Skipped and Pending
