The Body Map allows for precise documentation of medications applied directly to the body, such as creams
When a medication is being applied to the area marked on the body map, manager's authorisation is not required
If the medication is being applied to a different area of the body (not the area marked on the body map),and the location is set to location mandatory, manager's authorisation is required - these settings cannot be changed
