Bulk Actions

The Bulk Action feature allows you to perform multiple stock-related tasks at once. You can use it for bulk stock amendments, bulk audit actions, and bulk printing of QR codes (if any medications are QR code-enabled).

This is especially useful when updating stock figures for more than one medication at the same time.

Follow these steps to use the Bulk Action tool:

1. Click on the Medication tab at the top of the screen.

2. Select the relevant service user from the list on the left-hand side.

3. Click on Bulk Action, located at the bottom of the service user's list of medications.
