Body Map Chart (Topical Medication Administration Record (TMAR))
Click on the Reports tab at the top of the screen, then select Body Map Chart from the dropdown menu.
Choose the Start Date for the report.
The system will display all relevant data from the selected start date up to the current date.
Click Show Report to generate the chart.
The report will include a data table of application records as well as a visual body map.
Scroll down to view additional entries, especially for service users with multiple medications applied to the body.
If needed, click Print to produce a hard copy of the chart.
