

Adding a New Service User
New service users must be added to the Portal to enable medication management and accurate recordkeeping.
Click on the Admin tab at the top of the screen, then select Service Users from the dropdown menu
In the top-left corner, click Add New Service User
A blank template will appear, allowing you to enter the service user’s details
All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
If any required information is missing, the system will trigger an alert and prevent saving
Once all fields are completed, click Save in the bottom-right corner to create the service user profile
