10) Dosage Instructions
Enter the dosage as shown on the dispensing label (e.g. Take one tablet twice daily after food). This is vital for clinical clarity and safety.

11) Notes
A mandatory note must explain why the schedule is being created or updated (e.g. Dosage increased by GP).

12) Schedule Start & Schedule End
Define the schedule’s timeframe—usually aligned with the current medication cycle.

13) Frequency
Choose how often the medication is to be given:

Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Custom

14) Repeats Every
Set the repeating pattern. Most scheduled medications repeat every 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month depending on the frequency. Adjust as needed for non-standard cycles (e.g. every 2 days).

15) Rounds & Dosages

Default round times are pulled from Unit Configuration.
Input the correct dosage for the relevant round(s).
To add a custom round (e.g. 11:45am for Co-careldopa), click Add Round.
For medications that are also available as-needed, click Add PRN Round to configure hybrid scheduled/PRN setups.

16) Check the Calendar
As dosage and round information is added, the calendar view on the right will update in real time.
For advanced or non-standard regimens:

Click on individual days in the calendar to set custom dosages.
Useful for step-up/step-down plans or medications taken on specific days.

17) Save
Once all fields are correctly filled in, click Save at the bottom-right to confirm the schedule.
