Absence Management:

  1. Click on the Admin tab at the top of the screen, then select Service Users from the dropdown menu

  2. From the list of service users on the left-hand side, select the relevant individual

    • This will open the details tile for that service user

  3. At the top of the tile, click on the Absence tab

  4. In the top-right corner, click Add Absence to begin entering the absence details
